If you are currently working primarily as an Assistant Referee (AR) and feel you're ready
to become a Referee (center), or if you are already centering and feel ready to take on
older-level games, we want to hear from you!
Just reply to this email and let us know you’re ready.
The HERO Board will review your individual situation and, when appropriate, update
your ranking. This will open up additional opportunities for you to self-assign more
challenging games and continue developing as a referee.
📍 DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR LOCATION!
A quick reminder when self-assigning: not all games are at Waipio Soccer Complex.
We have games at locations including Ho‘opili, Atherton, Waiau District Park, and
other fields around the island. Before you click “Go” to accept a game, please take
a moment to double-check the location. This is especially important because we
want to avoid anyone having to turn back a game at the last minute because they
accidentally selected a game at the wrong location. A quick check now can save
everyone a lot of headaches later!
